Mental Health Therapy
We all encounter moments of uncertainty, stress, and anxiety in life. Sometimes, these experiences can feel overwhelming, leaving us unsure how to move forward. My approach to therapy is collaborative. I see myself as a supportive companion who walks alongside you in your journey. I will believe in you and can gently challenge you when necessary. During our sessions, we'll work together to identify the systems in your life, distinguishing between what's within your control and what's not. We'll focus on managing your thoughts and emotions, ultimately paving the way for more helpful behaviors in the future. Whether you're wrestling with past traumas, grappling with present hopelessness, or feeling anxious about the future, I'm here to walk beside you. I'll provide a non-judgmental space to listen and equip you with coping skills and tools to effectively manage stress.
